Skor total maksimal 70.

Secara umum, skor di atas 35 menunjukkan kualitas hidup masih layak. Skor 25–35 adalah zona perhatian yang perlu evaluasi rutin. Skor di bawah 25 mengindikasikan penurunan signifikan dan perlu diskusi serius dengan dokter hewan.
